E. Denning Dahl, Ph.D.
Partner / CTO
Dr. Dahl holds a doctorate from Stanford University in Theoretical High-Energy
Physics. Before joining Intersect Solutions in 2001, Denny put his passion
for business intelligence to the test at top companies, including Thinking
Machines Corporation, Ab Initio Corporation, AT&T, Teradata, and Strategic
Technologies & Systems (STS).
Denny has 26 years of development experience in a broad range of high-performance
computing environments. He specializes in architecture and development
with an emphasis on large data volume and high-performance distributed
RDBMS environments. In his core role at Intersect Solutions, Denny ensures
the quality and consistency of data warehouse architectures across Intersect’s
client base. He is also the Practice Lead for Intersect’s EAI &
ETL Implementation service line. In addition to his Ph.D., Denny holds
an M.S. degree in Physics from Stanford University and a B.A. degree in
Physics and Mathematics from Rice University.
